Information About the Court

The Kirkwood Municipal Court is located at 139 S. Kirkwood Road, Kirkwood, Missouri 63122 inside of Kirkwood City Hall, Kirkwood Courtand right by the Kirkwood Train Station.  Located in the heart of downtown Kirkwood, parking can be a problem at times so go early and find a spot behind the building.  There’s also quit a few pubs in the area, though I would not recommend going to a pub before court, you’ll want to go after.

Like the other courts in St. Louis County, the Kirkwood Municipal Court is a division of the 21st Judicial Circuit Court (St. Louis County) of Missouri. The Municipal Court handles traffic and other municipal code/ordinance violations filed by the Kirkwood Police Department. You can access the court’s website here.

About the author

Guss Markwell

Originally from St. Louis Missouri, I grew up in a strong Midwest and moral family who taught me right from wrong and to stand up for my rights and the rights of others. In these tough economic times, you need an advocate on your side. Why do I practice law? Often, people are facing seemingly insurmountable opposition with little or no ability to overcome great odds. It is my position that we should all be fighting for those who find themselves alone, afraid, and at times unpopular. I subscribe to the notion that a society should be judged by how it treats its most vulnerable members. I represent, and I fight for, those people. “There is light at the end of that tunnel, don’t stop.”
