Like the other courts in St. Chares County, the St. Charles County Municipal Court is a Division of the 11th Judicial Circuit Court (St. Charles County) of Missouri. One might wonder why there’s a municipal court for St. Charles County when St. Charles County is not a municipality, and the municipality of St. Charles, located in St. Charles County, already has a municipal court, the St. Charles Municipal Court.
